Position Description:
In this role, you’ll provide critical technical and administrative support to our broker team, assisting with market placement, client service, and account processing. You must be a quick learner with strong communication skills because you will be working with a varied range of clients and team members.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have an associate’s degree or higher (recommended) and prior experience in an office setting or administrative function. While insurance experience is preferred, it is not needed; instead, we seek someone with good customer service skills and competence in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
