Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant manages department expenses and invoices, organizes and maintains files, plans meetings and events, provides document services, reception, and floor support, among other responsibilities. Under supervision, she performs a wide range of customer services and secretarial tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the office.
Requirements:
Requirements for Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in a professional office. advanced administrative and secretarial skills. Planning and assistance for meetings and catering is preferable. A plus is having familiarity with Teams, Meditract, Outlook, Peoplesoft, and Excel.
Qualifications: GED or equivalent, or a high school diploma. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
