Position Description:

The SEO Specialist spearheads the SEO strategy for a certain group of department clients. This includes handling the day-to-day project management of SEO material as well as regularly engaging with and reporting progress to their individual clients.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervises and carries out all SEO-related tasks for assigned client accounts.
• Ability to post job openings using our internal job submission platform.
• Oversees co-op and compliance content approvals.
• Before SEO content is sent for client approval and finalization, it is screened for quality.
• Clients, numerous departments, and team members are interacted with.
• Makes creative adjustments as directed by the client.
• Plans and executes 90-Day SEO Reviews and calls for each client.
• Tracks the status of each client’s assignment in the Creative Department and validates that assignments will be completed on schedule.
• Capability to discover and evaluate account-specific information using technologies such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and our keyword tracking software.
• They are adaptable to change and use their SEO industry expertise to improve the strategy behind their unique customer accounts

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Office Suite
• Capability to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously
• Capability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Must be organized and attentive to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact with a variety of individuals
• Capacity to retain composure and perform effectively under duress Capacity to meet stringent deadlines
