  • Develop product positioning and competitively differentiated messaging for VideaHealth’s products and features using user research, market intelligence, and product expertise.
  • Lead, plan, and execute launches to bring new products and features to market.
  • Partner with Product, Channel Sales, Direct Sales, and Customer Success to create instructional materials that increase conversion and win rates.
  • Define and implement pipeline generation programs, and create high-value thought leadership content (whitepapers, webinars) and key content assets (video, email nurture).
  • Comprehend the competitive landscape; become an authority on our competitors and their positioning. Utilize this information to update competitive resources and to strategically position our products and brand.
  • Champion client testimonials and customer success tales, identifying new opportunities to highlight client success and leveraging these tales to create impact.


  • More than four years of product marketing experience in the B2B technology industry. Experience in healthcare or dentistry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong writing abilities across a variety of media, including ad copy, web copy, sell sheets, and sales decks.
  • Experience developing high-impact, value-based messaging for a variety of customer segments.
  • Strong analytic abilities. You take pleasure in data synthesis, discerning user insights, and conducting market research.
  • Demonstrable capacity to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of a fast-paced startup environment.
