Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the go-to-market group to enable customers to access new capabilities and find creative solutions to their problems.
• Collaborate with our Chief Product Officer to shape the product roadmap by applying your competitive analysis and market knowledge.
• Convert consumer and market data into workable product strategy and efforts.
• Conduct thorough market and customer research, then apply the results straight to product creation.
• Succeed in a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, physicians, and business specialists committed to transforming the healthcare industry.

Requirements:

What We Need:

• Carefully familiar with the dynamics, rules, and processes of US healthcare.
• Demonstrated PM expertise: a solid foundation in overseeing software products from conception to launch, with a focus on startups and fast-growing businesses.
• Intellectual Agility: The ability to solve complex problems creatively and with a high IQ and analytical skills.
• Internal Motivation: Exhibited diligence and adaptability, striving for outcomes and influence.
• Eloquence in Communication: The extraordinary capacity to successfully communicate complex ideas.

Desired Qualifications:

• An education in VBC physician practices and healthcare analytics.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in bringing new items to market (zero to one).
• Extensive product marketing experience that goes beyond internal tool product ownership.
• Managerial experience as well as worldwide teamwork experience.
