Position Description:

The product manager is in charge of a product’s strategy, roadmap, and delivery of features. Working with cross-functional teams is a requirement of the position, and teams from marketing, sales, finance, customer success, legal, and other product management departments may be involved. This position involves both tactical and strategic actions. In order to advance the overall company vision and strategy, a product manager provides cross-functional leadership and crosses organizational divides across several functional units, most frequently between marketing, sales, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and delivery of enablement materials for the roadmap and go-to-market strategies by collaborating with product management.
  • To ensure preparation for important business stakeholders, including training needs and materials, work with Customer Success and Sales.
  • Assist the Marketing department in attempts to sell new items by serving as a liaison.
  • Work with marketing on recurring external customer deliverables including webinars and release notes.
  • Support our Sales Organization with enablement techniques, including the necessary sales collateral, demos, and additional conversational support tools.
  • help to identify potential cross-product efficiencies and product portfolio alignment opportunities.
  • Develop and apply measures of product success in collaboration.
  • To ensure that products and/or services are executed successfully, work with internal partners.
  • Be a representative of the product team and the business.
  • Assist all contributing teams in performing their responsibilities and delivering a successful product by providing a clear explanation of the intended results.
  • Establish clear deadlines for what teams must deliver and assist in developing a schedule for when it might be delivered.

Knowledge and abilities:

  • Business administration, computer science, computer information systems, marketing, or finance bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. Will also accept any acceptable combination of education, training, or experience as the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in the healthcare or benefits administration industries is preferred.
  • Strong business sense to comprehend business issues.
  • a track record of successfully setting priorities, handling trade-offs, and resolving challenging issues.
  • experience working with teams from different functions, including as marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Strong project management abilities and a readiness to put in extra effort are a must.
  • excellent internal and external communication abilities with important company stakeholders.
