Position Description:

To ensure the defined growth, product results, and customer satisfaction goals are accomplished, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, product marketing, customer experience, and product leadership.

• As part of our departmental expansion, propel Calendly’s growth by establishing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our recruiting teams.
• Create the product roadmap and specify the team’s objectives. Execute effectively to deliver goods and impact for our business and users.
• Join forces with academics, data scientists, and designers to investigate challenge domains and create feature functionality.
• Work cross-functionally with the company’s leadership, marketing teams, and other important stakeholders.
• Analyze parameters that affect the success and health of products by doing user research.
• keeping abreast of the various ways that Calendly is used by our customers to complete their tasks

You qualify for this opportunity if you have or are:

• 7–10 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience
• prior experience creating and generating revenue from contemporary B2B SaaS products
• Shipped substantial software products and are accustomed to completing the whole product cycle under time constraints
• Strong desire to “remove the pain” and create a frictionless experience for customers coupled with keen product sense and UX design expertise
• In organizations with more than 250 workers, a solid working knowledge of the varied needs across stakeholders (such as end users, business, IT, and procurement)
• Having permission to work legally in the United States of America, as Calendly does not currently sponsor immigrants
