Position Description:
You will be building our most important user experiences as a member of our product design team in order to expand our company and, eventually, enhance patient outcomes. In order to incorporate user feedback into new flows and interfaces and assist us select what to develop rather than just how to build it, you will work with our clients and internal teams. If You:
- From research to implementation, the entire process of product design will be your responsibility.
- You will be in charge of organizing user research projects, including generative and evaluative user experience research to gather information and guide design choices.
- You will overcome technical constraints and come up with innovative solutions for challenging issues.
- You will collaborate directly with our technical teams to refine product designs while presenting your ideas to a variety of audiences, including product managers, technical architects, and developers. This will allow you to fully grasp the application’s technical functionality and limits.
- You’ll create, hone, and deploy sophisticated designs that make utilizing our products enjoyable, simple, and functional.
- You are a good team player who is also intelligent, kind, and modest. What Contributions You Will Make:
- four or more years of relevant experience in user research and design, including a strong portfolio of your work
- Ability to interact cross-functionally with internal partners and effectively engage with various customer personas (including Product Manager, Engineering, Go To Market, Product Success, and Marketing)
- Strong understanding of user research methodology and the capacity to carry out user interviews, surveys, and usability testing independently. Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies across the whole UX lifecycle.
- Outstanding knowledge of design patterns and information hierarchy: You must to be able to create excellent designs (we use Figma)
- You have the capacity to both “do” and “lead.” flexibly switch between contributing to the larger work program and being “hands-on in the details” of projects
