  • Mail and shipments are sorted and distributed.
  • Arranging, maintaining, and replenishing a range of supplies.
  • Keep the conference rooms and restrooms clean.
  • Establish and share monthly reporting metrics.

Requirements:

  • Technical ability to operate office machinery such as printers, copiers, postage meters, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Professional communication in both writing and speaking.
  • Outstanding organizing abilities.
  • Windows Office

Office Situation: involves making multiple trips inside a certain geographic region.
