Job Description:

An enthusiastic Office Travel Assistant is needed at WanderLuxe Escapes. Helping clients and team members with administrative tasks, customer service, and travel arrangements will be your primary responsibilities in this position. We are looking to add someone to our team that is enthusiastic about travel, very organized, and dedicated to providing quality service.

Primary Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, take bookings, and update itineraries as the main point of contact for the travel agency.
  • Make sure that all of your clients’ vacation plans are in order by coordinating their flights, lodging, transportation, and activities.
  • Offer clients tailored suggestions and guidance, drawing on your knowledge and experience to improve their vacations.
  • Help out with administrative duties such as making appointments, keeping track of schedules, and getting travel paperwork ready.
  • Arrange for bookings, confirmations, and updates with vendors and travel partners while keeping communication precise and open.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by anticipating and addressing any issues or concerns that may occur during travel. Promptly help clients and come up with creative solutions.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with corporate policies, keep structured records of customer information, trip bookings, and expenses.
  • Help the office succeed as a whole and provide excellent service to clients by working with your colleagues.

Required Skills:

  • A background in administrative support, customer service, or a similar area would be an asset.
  • Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities; adept at connecting with customers on a personal level and earning their trust.
  • Capable of handling a number of activities at once and meeting tight deadlines; highly organized; meticulous.
  • Skill in the use of various types of office software as well as online reservation systems.
  • A love of travel and an in-depth familiarity with various cultures, locations, and vacation approaches.
  • Competence in both individual and team work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
  • Adaptability to meet the evolving needs of clients and shifting priorities.
