LaunchGood is currently seeking a Human Resources Director!

As a remote global company, we have the opportunity to rewrite what ‘human resources’ means. We want to look at new ways to expand the company’s potential by putting employees first and moving beyond the bureaucratic HR practices of the past.

The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to expand the People Ops function, lead the charge in bringing the LaunchGood Way to life, and assist in the formation of winning teams!

You will translate the LaunchGood Way and the overall company strategy into a People Strategy and put it into action to ensure that our winning teams scale successfully and sustainably.


Own talent acquisition and recruiting, including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and supporting team members, as well as actively assisting team members in achieving success.

  • Create and manage internal organizational policies that promote company growth, employee growth, morale, and legal compliance.
  • Oversee the administration of the company’s payroll and benefits, as well as the fulfillment of all recordkeeping, filing, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee performance management, which includes managing employee evaluations, coaching managers on how to deal with performance challenges, and assisting the organization in developing a strong culture of ihsan and feedback.
  • Zoom in and out to manage world-class communications efforts through appropriate channels to ensure team members have timely and relevant company information.
  • Proactively monitor legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, potential legal risks, and compliance requirements.
  • Promote and embody the LaunchGood Way, as well as other tasks as needed
  • You can debate with confidence and provide sound strategic advice to the leadership team.

  • An expert in human resource competencies such as compliance, engagement, and performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, follow-up, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Working experience in a small business and/or charity is preferred.
  • Experience with people and change management
  • HR Qualifications/ CIPD Qualified (ideally level 5).
