This role involves a combination of virtual, social, and in-person communication, requiring strong documentation and adaptability to digital tools.

Responsibilities:

• Sell and recruit through modern media channels.
• Identify prospects in need of Randstad’s workforce services.
• Build relationships with hiring managers through various communication channels.
• Execute activities to achieve results, including calls, virtual meetings, and on-site client meetings.
• Diagnose workforce gaps limiting client potential.
• Negotiate pricing for quality solutions.
• Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates.
• Coach and retain talent through various communication methods.
• Market talent to ensure suitable job placements.
• Utilize a combination of technology and interpersonal skills.
• Offer creative employment solutions.
• Provide services that satisfy clients and talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in previous roles.
• Proficiency in Google tools and digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills across various mediums.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Track record of achieving results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy setting.
• Adaptability to digital tools and Google Suite applications.
