Position Description:

An information specialist with expertise in creating, managing, and designing content is what we’re seeking for. The design, development, and implementation of Know the Play, which connects Data Stewards, Custodians, and Trustees to standardized knowledge of NIKE’s governance procedures across all NIKE geographies, brands, and departments, will be the primary focus of this position. To join a user-centric team in developing Nike’s Data Governance Practice, this candidate will offer a combination of experience in content production and design, high levels of comfortability with ambiguity, and the ability to think creatively and work autonomously.

What you’ll be focusing on

• Establish a well-organized training resource library for data stewardship
• Partner with international SMEs to develop quantifiable learning objectives using best-practice instructional design concepts.
• Create lesson plans and learning pathways based on The Source
• Create iterative wireframes for the content of the Paths and Pathways Hold SME Discover & Intake Sessions to boost the governance organization’s reputation
• SMEs workshop to refine training-product deliverables
• oversee and coordinate the publication of all content for Data Stewardship Learning on The Source
• For ETW access, add all Nikified job aids to NikeU.
• operating in a dynamic environment
• Ensure all learning tools in.pdf format are accessible to screen readers.
• Create “Know the Play” Knowledge Management System and keep it up to date
• Work with communications and marketing to coordinate your outreach, message, and calendaring for the launch of eLearning.
• Through content editing, copy editing, proofreading, and design evaluations for EDG Learning materials on The Source, you can help ensure end-to-end eLearning conformity to brand style, right use of brand design components, correct grammar, and audience comprehension.

What you’ll be bringing

• 5+ years of experience designing content
• eLearning Ecologies certification, PMI-ACP or PMI-PMP certification
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of pertinent training, education, and experience
