Position Description:

Mediafly is looking for a Customer Enablement Manager who will be in charge of making sure that our customers can utilize our software suite to advance their businesses. To identify training requirements, develop instructional materials, and provide training to our customers, the Customer Enablement Manager will collaborate closely with our product, marketing, customer success, and support teams.

The duties of a customer enablement manager are as follows:

  • Identify training needs by doing regular check-ins with clients, reviewing customer feedback, and staying up-to-date on the latest features and upgrades to our software suite
  • Create and update educational content, such as FAQs, product manuals, and tutorials to assist users in making the most of our software suite.
  • Provide consumers with training through a range of techniques, such as in-person meetings, webinars, and online tutorials.
  • Work closely with the product and support teams to make sure that user feedback is included into the product roadmap and that user support issues are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • To spot patterns and chances for improvement, keep an eye on consumer usage and interaction.
  • Serve as an organization’s customer advocate by giving the product and support teams insightful information and comments.

If you possess the following, we would adore working with you:

  • an appropriate bachelor’s degree (e.g. education, training, technology)
  • 2+ years of experience in training, customer enablement, or a related industry
  • knowledge of adult learning concepts and best practices for instructional design that is in-depth and observable
  • Ability to creatively and effectively translate corporate initiatives and technical concepts into content, training materials, learning routes, and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to forge connections with clients and other stakeholders
  • Strong technical and software knowledge, with the capacity to pick up new features and products fast
  • Exceptionally well-coordinated, execution-focused, and collaborative with good presentation abilities.
