Job Description:

• As the proper branch location dictates, the HME Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling referrals, sales, and rentals and acting as an on-site resource for services.
• Makes contact with the relevant service line agent when more services or particular information are needed.
• Always aware of the needs of the client and contributes knowledge to the planning effort of the Leadership Team.

Experience and/or Education

• A one-year college or technical school certificate; three to six months of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent mix of education and experience are prerequisites.
