What Are the Primary Duties?

• Answers client inquiries successfully, promptly, and courteously via chat, phone, or email.
• owns the entire process of resolving technical and consumer concerns.
• assembles considerate, individualized solutions to a range of customer needs.
• identifies trends in customer complaints and prioritizes incoming requests to flag them for other teams or support groups.
• identifies, reproduces, and records flaws or problems that are putting support organizations on a “unhappy road.”
• By contributing to or developing documentation for customers and other employees, one helps the team continue to learn and succeed.
• collaborates with operational groups to find ways to enhance the customer experience during service provisioning, delivery, and usage.
• overall accountability for ensuring that customers’ expectations are satisfied in the provision and use of their services through the use of a pro-active approach to problem-solving.

What Qualifies as a Candidate for Us

• exhibited abilities in strategic thinking and proactive problem solving.
• maybe requiring weekend work.
• Although this is a work-from-home employment, Addendum 6 of the District 7 CWA agreement specifies that the residential address (work location) must be situated in an RCA.
• Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming are the states that you must reside in.
