A long-term contract employment is available in the south metro region of Minnesota. The main duties include making sure customers have a pleasant experience and handling any requests, difficulties, orders, or technical problems they may have. The Customer Solutions Manager is responsible for this position.

Despite the fact that this is a remote employment, Minnesota residency is a requirement from the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Create and keep a positive rapport with your customers.
• Keep accurate records of all communications with customers.
• Work closely with clients to address their needs, difficulties, orders, and technical problems
• Resolve client complaints as soon as possible and correctly
• Continually be informed about all offered goods and services
• Collaboration and excellent communication with all business units

Requirements:

• Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills. Demonstrated abilities in communicating and connecting with clients/customers, both internally and outside.
• Positivity and a businesslike demeanor Ability to clarify complicated issues and develop solutions
• Expertise with customer service is well-known
• Experience typing between 45 and 60 words per minute is needed.
• Practical experience providing customer service in call centers
• Excellent administrative and customer service abilities
• Demonstrated proficiency in using search tools to find information and navigating via multiple computer systems and apps.
