Customer Service Representative, Behavioral Health offers advocate care to support the member in navigating the healthcare system, interpreting and resolving claims, and obtaining information from internet sources.

The CSR explains the member’s benefits plan, Aetna policies and processes, and provides tools for adhering to any regulatory requirements.


  • Establishes an emotional bond with our members by fully comprehending and interacting with them in order to advocate for their optimum health.
  • Creating a trustworthy and caring relationship with the member in order to completely grasp the member’s requirements. considers the needs of the client.
  • To ensure correct tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductibles, perform a review of the member’s claim history.
  • If necessary, performs maintenance on financial data. outlines the rights and obligations of the member in accordance with the contract

Pay: The standard pay scale for this position is as follows: Minimum: 17.00 Maximum: 27.90

  • 1+ years of call center environment customer service experience
  • Dual monitors, technical computer skills, or prior administrative experience in the healthcare industry
  • The capacity to multitask and balance conflicting priorities.
  • Prior knowledge of behavioral health.
  • background with an associates degree in medicine or insurance.

Education: GED equivalent or a high school diploma, plus the necessary experience
