Any applicants in the EST, PST, MST, or CST time zones can work from home in this bilingual Spanish role. Both the training sessions and the shift times will take place in EST.
Responsibilities:
- You will answer inbound Brokerage calls as a call center inbound agent and offer application status, contract status, and appointment status.
- You will also examine commission inquiries, data input, processing of Medicare contracts, appointments, and verification of certification for outside producers/agents to be qualified to market Medicare plans. may also add to the documentation and background check review process.
Pay Scale
The standard pay scale for this position is as follows: Minimum: 17.00 Maximum: 27.90

Requirements:
Required credentials
- To internally support the Spanish line, one must speak Spanish.
- A plus is having prior production environment experience.
- Experiences with customer service in a transaction-based setting, such as a call center or retail store, are preferred, as long as they show empathy and compassion
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of a production setting. Experiences in customer service in a transaction-based setting, such as a call center or retail store, are desired. These experiences should show an aptitude for empathy and compassion.
Education
High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification
