Job Type: Customer Service Representative from home
Location: San Antonio work from home

Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. Schedules are subject to modification at any time and without prior notice.
Completely remote role
Employees are expected to maintain holiday coverage at a reduced staffing level because the company is a 24-hour contact center. This entails working on some holidays while celebrating them on others.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls from service providers asking about EAP/mental health coverage, authorizations, and claims.
- Record all interactions with providers and/or members in StopLight, Relationship Manager, and Smart Front End.
- Provide the member with any additional perks or outside resources they require.
- Create permissions for in-person counseling
- Rates for Single Case Agreements should be negotiated with non-EAP suppliers.
- Help with Account Executive Inquiries, such as assessing network/provider availability issues, inaccurate information provided to members, and making outreach calls to members as necessary.
- As needed, assist with the amount of incoming MES calls.
Pay Scale
For this position, the usual pay scale is as follows: Minimum: 18.50; Maximum: 34.60

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
Basic computer knowledge 1-3 years of call center customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a social, psychological or human service field or equivalent experience preferred
- Mental health and human services background preferred
- 1-3 years of healthcare experience preferred
Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
