Customer Service Representative – CVS Remote Jobs

- Three customer-oriented call center agents are being hired by us to work for a very reputable company.
- Representatives will be needed to respond to consumer phone calls, emails, and chat lines discussing their demands for utility services on a daily basis.
- Up to 5 different software websites or apps will be taught to reps.
- accepting 40–50 incoming calls daily. All calls will be with NM customers and will be about:
- general inquiries about utility service requirements
- Customer payment and billing agreements
- COVID payment plans’ unpaid collections
- establishing and/or terminating service
- Remote position following training MUST be in the Albuquerque, New Mexico, region.
- Time: Monday through Friday
Requirements:
- Support for collections chat
- Utility industry for inbound calls
A MUST HAVE
- Capacity to deescalate calls without transferring to management for assistance at the most recent employment indicated on a CV, with tenure at each of them being at least two years plus each.
- Experience working in a call center for 1-2 years is preferred but not necessary.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in customer service (open to food service, retail, etc.)
- After training, must be able to work from home
