Responsibilities:

Customer Service agent in Medicaid call center, answering in-coming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior auth requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc. Requires high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable, use of WiFi is not permitted. Company provides equipment and training.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: 17.00 \sMaximum: 27.90

Please keep in mind that this range is the pay range for all jobs in the same job grade as this position. The actual salary offer will depend on a lot of things, like where the job is.

Requirements:

• Must reside within 50 miles of Linthicum, MD.
• Medicaid call-center experience, QNXT, SUV, PeopleSafe and other relevant systems, ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form, ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements and call quality goals.
• Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with working remotely in a call center setting. Experienced with Medicaid and Medicare.

Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
