As a Customer Service agent in a Medicaid call center, you would answer calls from members and providers and answer questions about benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc. Needs a secure, high-speed internet connection through an ethernet cable; WiFi is not allowed. The company offers tools and training.
Pay Range
Average pay for this job is between $17.00 and $27.90 per hour.
Please keep in mind that this range is the pay range for all jobs in the same job grade as this position. The actual salary offer will depend on a lot of things, like where the job is.
Requirements:
- Must live no more than 50 miles from Princeton, New Jersey.
- Experience working in a Medicaid call center, knowing how to use QNXT, SUV, PeopleSafe, and other relevant systems, being able to talk and write clearly with members and providers, and being able to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals.
- Must be able to work from home and show that they can live on their own.
Ideal Qualifications
Experience working in a call center while away from the office. Used Medicaid and Medicare before.
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
