Technical expert in Customer Service with depth or breadth of knowledge. Responsible for investigating and resolving escalated and complex customer service issues/calls/complaints using policies, procedures, or practices. May act as the primary point of contact and liaison for one or more major customers, Health Plans, Service Centers, and/or functional areas. Determines the best way to solve problems while maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to company policies. Technical knowledge of assigned products and excellent communication skills are required. Provides guidance, coaching, and direction to the team’s more junior members. Acts independently while working with little supervision.

If you will be working from home on a regular or permanent basis, you must obtain an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speeds.
