Responsibilities:

  • Working in a contact center as a customer care representative
  • Taking care of incoming calls and a few follow-up calls
  • Responds to calls and emails with general inquiries, prior authorization inquiries, and certain confidential information
  • Exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. accurately entering information
  • Depending on complexity, the number of calls evaluated for quality and accuracy per day could range from 50 to 100.
  • Track information and update customer communications using a variety of platforms and applications.

Requirements:

Skills: PBM, healthcare, call center, metrics, inbound, medical, doctor, physician, pharmacy, and customer service

Additional abilities & credentials:

Together with medical training and call center or customer service experience (but no medical experience). Rockstar applicants with prior expertise in customer service in a retail or restaurant sector and a strong ambition to work in the healthcare industry Healthcare/Pharmacy

(Transferable Skills) GOOD

  • Technical and computer skills (IT, BestBuy, phone and cable companies) Candidates must demonstrate by their job experience and typing abilities that they are able to type quickly while simultaneously browsing multiple systems.
  • Tenure encourages long-term employment. The candidate will most likely leave if there is any “hopping around,” an inconsistent job history, or gaps that don’t make sense (Good-COVID, relocation, childbirth, etc.).
  • Reliability—a record of employment that implies they were expected to arrive at work promptly.
  • Workplace that moves fast; ability to multitask and do tasks quickly and efficiently (office).
  • Leadership and professionalism—Has demonstrated success in a leadership post after being elevated to it.
  • Customer Service – I handled challenging situations while working in CS.
  • Medical administrators: This occupation appears to be the “sweet spot” of medical expertise, client relations, technology, and a fast-paced atmosphere.
