Location:

North of Tempe Town Lake, Priest and Washington Schedule:

• 6am-midnight Monday-Sunday needed availability (Must be willing to work five days a week, including weekends, given the availability required.)
• Paid Training for Two Weeks (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)

Pay rate: 1/30/23 or 2/13/23

$18 per hour plus $15 for lunch EVERY shift Detailed Description

Responsibilities:

• Support incoming calls for live food orders from DoorDash’s affiliated Merchants & Clients while upholding five-star clientele service.
• Gain broad knowledge of how DoorDash uses its processes and system to encourage successful outcomes.
• Utilize a varied staff that is passionate about what we do and the influence we are having on this sector while operating with a willingness to develop.
• Go above and above to produce the finest result for our clients.

Requirements:

Skills: Customer support, inbound calls, chat support, call center, and customer service

Additional abilities & credentials:

• 2 years of experience providing customer care over the phone, email, or chat; however, consumer-facing experience is also acceptable.
• You possess excellent language, spelling, and punctuation inside a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system like SalesForce, along with good written and vocal communication abilities.
• You enjoy assisting others.
• You are a strategic thinker who enjoys investigating new possibilities & improving processes.
• You can commute to our campus in Tempe, Arizona.
