Job Type: Customer Service Representative from home

Responsibilities:
- Will accept incoming calls from people who have taken drug tests everywhere in the nation, and they will need to determine whether the caller has a medical exemption for what was discovered on their drug test.
- Will be employed by the department of medical review officers.
- Serving as a go-between for someone undergoing a drug test and the lab that sent the results to the business online.
- Will be making outbound calls to the locations where the person did the drug test in order to seek paperwork, manually faxing the paperwork to the locations, and then phoning pharmacies in order to determine when the person had their prescription filled (if at all)
Requirements:
Skills: Data input, bilingual call center agents, customer assistance, and customer service
Additional abilities & credentials:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in customer service (retail, call centers, administrative, etc.); the organization is fairly flexible with backgrounds
- Excellent focus on detail
- A person who takes great delight in their role’s accuracy
- An individual with the capacity for multitasking (i.e. taking a call while entering notes and sending an email)
- Someone with prior work experience answering the phone
- A person seeking a job opportunity that will allow them to grow in their career
- A patient and understanding person
PERFECT TO HAVE:
- Previous experience working in the healthcare industry, including managing prescriptions
- Prior experience working in a phone center
SUMMARY ASSUMPTIONS:
- No significant gaps on a resume (especially ones that cannot be explained)
- Short tenure at work (i.e. all contract jobs or a few months here and there)
- Ideally, you should have someone in each position for longer than a year.
