Customer Service Representative – Aston Carter Remote Jobs

Job Type: Customer Service Representative from home
Location: Oregon work from home

Hybrid: -Usually, after three months or ninety days
- Will work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days at home
- -Hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (there is potential to work holidays and few Saturdays per year based on business need)
- After 18 months on the job, you can look for other positions and move up (i.e. Sen. Account Rep for example)
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from customers to take care of their accounts.
- Servicing accounts and selling more services.
- Most calls will come from current customers who want to change something about their policy (like their phone number, adding a car, or moving and needing a new policy).
- Incoming calls will come from people who want quotes or want to sign up with the client.
- Will try to get referrals for life insurance policies and adding more coverage (i.e. if they bundle they save more)
- The ability to solve problems and make good use of time so that you can do more than one thing at once and set priorities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED -Seeking one to three years of experience in customer service or sales (i.e. retail, restaurant, call center, etc.)
- We want someone who wants to learn, is ready to get started, and wants to be part of a growing team.
- Looking for someone who wants to move up in the company. -Must have good people skills and good communication skills
NICE TO HAVE: If you’ve worked in insurance before, that’s great, but it’s not necessary.
