Responsibilities:
- Fills out paperwork, calculates fees for requested services (such as shipping, multiple-color printing, special packing, etc.), and prepares modifications to existing orders.
- Speed up orders and modifications by speaking with the factory.
- Maintains a specific client base’s territory and offers assistance to other territories as needed.
- Addresses billing or service-related concerns, referring service-related complaints to the appropriate departments for further inquiry.
- Returning calls and assisting clients.
- Manage sales leads and produce product quotes.
- Respond to inquiries concerning product specifications.
- React to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Keep a client database current.
- Assure that all client information is accurate and current.
