Responsibilities:

• Fills out paperwork, calculates fees for requested services (such as shipping, multiple-color printing, special packing, etc.), and prepares modifications to existing orders.
• Speed up orders and modifications by speaking with the factory.
• Maintains a specific client base’s territory and offers assistance to other territories as needed.
• Addresses billing or service-related concerns, referring service-related complaints to the appropriate departments for further inquiry.
• Returning calls and assisting clients.
• Manage sales leads and produce product quotes.
• Respond to inquiries concerning product specifications.
• React to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Keep a client database current.
• Assure that all client information is accurate and current.
