Responsibilities:

  • Using both inbound and outbound call lists, provide registered stockholders with customer support.
  • Shareholders should be informed on the range of business actions, board and shareholder proposals, and voting alternatives.
  • Keep track of and keep an eye on open issues, and give clients timely updates.
  • Enter data into an Access database.
  • Contribute to the creation of the campaign’s themes to make sure the right story is being conveyed.
