Responsibilities:
- Primary duty is to assist investors by handling transaction requests, answering their inquiries about their online accounts, and assisting them in making decisions based on their account objectives.
- Will also handle other account transactions such as purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and others over the phone.
- Guide investors through and resolve website or internet problems
Requirements:
Skills: a Bachelor’s degree, a contact center, a call center, a server, a bartender, a waiter, or a waitress
Additional abilities & credentials:
Must possess:
- At least 1 year in a position that prioritizes customer service (i.e. retail, food service, etc.)
- A career-minded individual who can think ahead rather than merely focusing on the here and now
- A person having aspirations to advance within the organization
- A person with a solid work ethic and the ability to occasionally govern oneself
- Excellent problem-solving abilities; at ease not having the solution but using resources to find it
- Excellent customer service abilities, including the capacity for compassion, empathy, and patience
- Excellent focus on detail
