Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ overall work experience in a customer service-related business, such as a call center, hospitality, retail, or restaurant (ideally Call Center)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be available to work a flexible shift (evenings/weekends).
- Shifts: 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Overview of the Position:
- This is their busiest time of year. When people don’t want to go to the grocery store in the winter, they will require additional assistance!
- Respond to phone calls from drivers who have questions about routes.
- Call drivers who arrive late in the system
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails about missing or damaged product.
- Respond to customer inquiries using the chat messenger system.
- Customers’ concerns should be relayed to drivers.
- Coordinating with the MOT transportation team to deliver the individual products
Working Conditions: In the office five days a week; the call center is open Monday through Sunday.
