Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in manufacturing customer service
• 6+ months of experience with ERP systems

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing the internal ERP system, complete customer orders.
• Answer up to 20 client calls per day, speak with consumers on the phone and via email, and work with customers to give them purchase updates and shipping and tracking details while coordinating with internal departments
• Resolve customer complaints and deliver superior customer service

Pay: $20-22/hr

Shift: 8-hour set schedule, Monday through Friday, following training from 8 to 5
