Customer Relations Advisers are AppleCare customers’ last point of contact for hardware repair and shipment difficulties. We are responsible for offering exceptional customer experiences from start to finish. Furthermore, CR advisors must be well-versed in Apple’s policies, procedures, and the various groups within AppleCare. A successful Customer Relations Advisor is obsessed with the customer experience, has a positive attitude, and remains calm under pressure! We seek to be self-sufficient and autonomous while upholding the Apple Brand’s integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Support internal and external customers with escalation requests for a variety of reasons • Meet management’s minimum team production requirements • Manage day-to-day phone volume and ensure service levels are met • Ability to make sound decisions by identifying issues that require escalation • Provide ownership of customer issues from start to finish • Collaborate with Advisors in Apple’s worldwide contact centers to resolve complex issues via phone and email • Other duties as assigned

Important Qualifications

• Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese, as well as outstanding verbal, reading, writing, and comprehension abilities
• Good speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English
• a strong desire to provide excellent client service
• Detail-oriented, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of Apple Operating Systems
• Typing speed of 40-50 wpm
• Ability and willingness to work outside of normal business hours
• Inventiveness and adaptability
• Interpersonal abilities that have been demonstrated, as well as vital strengths in professional collaboration
