This is not your typical call center. Your primary mission as a Customer Experience Representative will be to advocate for and find solutions for our customers and internal partners. You will own the intricate order details of the thousands of custom products we ship daily through effective communication and proactive decision making. To be successful in this role, you must have strong critical thinking skills, an attention to detail, and an unrivaled desire to exceed our customers’ expectations. Responsibilities and essential function:

  • include acting as a liaison between our customers and internal departments in order to advocate for and solve various custom order complexities.
  • Provides excellent phone, email, and chat support to our customers, going above and beyond simply answering questions about order status, pricing, custom order options, and order changes.
  • Ensures that customer inquiries are promptly (within 24 hours or less) resolved in an accurate, polished, and professional manner that exceeds customer expectations.
  • With genuine curiosity, confirms understanding of the customer’s needs and requests.
  • From order entry to delivery, each order is handled with care.
  • After independently attempting to resolve concerns, escalates more complex issues when appropriate.
  • Exemplis systems and processes are explained to customers in order to improve their brand experience.
  • Follows Customer Service service, performance, and operational standards (KPIs). Participate in sessions of continuous learning/training.

Qualifications required:

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience is required.

Qualifications preferred:

  • Proficiency in SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite is required.
  • Experience in the hospitality or contract furniture industries
  • 50+ wpm experience working in a call center
