Position Description:

Our bilingual client and candidate care specialists primarily interact with clients and candidates from North and South America. We routinely interact with applicants who are applying for positions with our customers in order to respond to their inquiries and provide direction for completing their background check and/or on boarding paperwork.

Bilingual Client and Candidate Care Specialists also serve as liaisons between internal fulfillment departments and external clients, facilitating the operation of the background check procedure.   • Assist applicants in through the background check and on boarding processes while maintaining confidentiality and representing Sterling in a positive light.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding our services and outcomes and, upon request, provide extra specialized services.
  • Communicating via phone and email with clients of varying sizes and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ensure that all requests and case management procedures are completed in a timely manner in accordance with contractual SLAs and client expectations.
  • Issue resolution requires effective communication with clients, management, and team members as needed.
  • Perform and complete additional projects as directed by the manager.


  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Excellent communication and professional writing skills are required.
  • Excellent at evaluating issues and fast to answer with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Rapidly adapts and is self-motivated to learn and comprehend process.
  • Capability to execute well under pressure and with initiatives that are time-sensitive.
  • Must be extremely dependable in terms of attendance and timeliness.
  • Typing Rate: 60 words per minute
  • Requirements include a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Experience in a professional setting is preferred.
