Utilizing the company’s approved sales and service techniques, the Customer Service Agent provides superior, friendly, and efficient customer service at the time of rental and return. Facilitates rental process; verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to ensure a timely and efficient rental and return experience. Deals courteously with and resolves customer inquiries, comments, and complaints while working in city/market locations.

Performs all duties with a focus on our customers’ wants and needs and in accordance with our Quality Standards.


  • Makes eye contact and greets all customers; identifies and attends to customers by name; verifies rental agreement and reservation; and expresses gratitude at the conclusion of each transaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and offer assistance based on each customer’s brand-specific needs and requests. This job responsibility requires a thorough understanding of the differences between the products and services offered by both brands in locations where both are available.
  • Assist in the exchange and return vehicle processes to ensure a pleasant, smooth, and efficient rental experience for each customer; review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of rates and service charges; verify the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate; and review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
  • Prepare the folder for the rental agreement with all required information. Offer assistance with directions, maps, local area information, and pertinent service information to all customers.
  • Answer the phone in a cordial, helpful, and timely manner.
  • Ensure continued customer loyalty by resolving issues fairly and equitably on behalf of the customer and the company.
  • Maintain rental counters and customer areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition; ensure rental counters are stocked with the necessary supplies to ensure efficient counter service.
  • Assist customers in the queue in order to reduce wait times and provide the most efficient service possible. Employer/Disability/Veterans


  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • We seek candidates who speak two languages (English and Spanish)
  • required high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have at least one year of prior experience in retail customer service or administrative support
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions within the past five years.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position at this time or in the foreseeable future.
  • Must agree to accept $16.00 per hour
  • Other than religious observances, candidates must be available to work one of the following shifts:
  • Fri-Mon: 6am-2:30pm & Tues: 10am-6:30pm
  • Saturday and Sunday, 12pm-8:30pm, Monday, 10am-6:30pm, and Tuesday and Wednesday, 2pm-10:30pm.
  • Thu-Mon: 14:00 – 23:00
