Position Description:
Customer Service Representative – handle customer enquiries and insurance policy needs by responding to concerns about coverage, prices, billing issues, and general policy reviews while selling additional products. Inbound Sales Representative – Share your knowledge of Progressive’s products and services with consumers to ensure they have the right insurance coverage (no cold calling!
Essential qualifications
- At least two years of postsecondary education
- Rather than the aforementioned, two years of relevant job experience
- Only for commercial purposes: If you do not have a Property & Casualty license, you will have the chance to obtain one during training (and must remain compliant with licensing requirements as an employee)
- Bilingual opportunities are also available; candidates must speak Spanish fluently (speak and read)
Specifications
- A designated work area devoid of noise and other interruptions.
- Internet connection for remote office via DSL or Cable Modem with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up
- The given computer must be physically linked by cable to the router or modem (no wireless connection)
- Every piece of Progressive hardware you receive must be plugged into a surge protector.
- Unless otherwise required by law, high-speed Internet access is at your expense.
