Position Description:

You are someone who can give courteous and helpful concierge-style phone service to our consumers on every call. You’re convinced that you can always find a way to connect with anyone you speak with over the phone. We seek exceptional individuals with coachable mindsets, therefore this is not for everyone.


  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls from customers with courtesy.
  • Identify client demands, clarify information, study difficulties, and propose solutions.
  • Document customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Coachable — receptive to phone scripts while dealing with rejections

  • Available fluent in English and Spanish 25 to 30 hours each week initially
  • Experience in an outbound call center, inside sales expertise, or equivalent sales experience are all desirable qualifications.

  • Capability to operate independently or as an integral team member
