Position Description:
Would you say you’ve provided exceptional customer service in the past? A local insurance company is seeking a candidate with your experience. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment in which you will be required to listen, document, and multitask effectively. This is a remote position with provided equipment. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Attends and actively participates in all scheduled Foundation training courses, and completes all assigned classroom activities, exercises, discussions, and exams under direct supervision.
- Answers questions, resolves problems, and promotes good customer relations by providing first-class customer service with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Responds thoroughly and accurately to policyholder requests and inquiries using knowledge and skills acquired during Customer Service training; utilizes Aflac computer systems for tracking, information gathering, and problem resolution.
- This position’s essential duties include working in a smoke-free environment.
