Position Description:

CSRs are provided with a structured protocol and scripts to ensure consistency in the scheduling, modification, and cancellation of customer bookings. You will have the opportunity to speak with affiliates daily and answer their transportation questions while assisting them on their path to good health in this position. REQUIREMENTS FOR WORK AT HOME

  • High-speed internet with download speeds of 25 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps. You must provide evidence of your speed.
  • Capability to directly connect to the modem
  • Ability to designate a space devoid of sound disturbances for daily work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Receiving and documenting customer complaints while ensuring that all pertinent information is accurate.
  • Conforms to and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a satisfactory record of attendance and tardiness.
  • Ensures the accuracy of trip data entry.
  • Exhibits a personal dedication to producing high-quality work.
  • Refers customer complaints that have not been resolved to the designated department for investigation and resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

  • Education; High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (GED).
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and comprehending English.
  • Capability to handle a high call volume of up to and exceeding 100 calls per day Medical, dental and vision insurance.
