Position Description:

Group O is seeking additional Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our inbound call center family! You will assist customers in redeeming rebates and rewards and address any questions or concerns they may have. Group O provides a challenging, supportive, and appreciative environment. In our call center, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer loyalty and reward programs.   • Utilizing resources and cutting-edge technological tools to assist customers with inquiries and maintain program knowledge.
  • Exceeding the performance standards established by Group O and our clients.
  • Partnering with your Supervisor to identify and initiate professional development and personal growth opportunities.
  • Assuming responsibility for a customer’s problem as if it were your own and developing beneficial solutions that benefit both the customer and our clients.
  • Documenting every customer call with complete and accurate information.

  • Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens and enter data while assisting customers while using intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
