Position Description:

The customer service representative takes incoming calls from customers with questions about toll charges and toll violations for different clients. They also carry out a variety of account management tasks, including accepting payments from customers, starting disputes, inquiries, or requests on their behalf to resolve tolling issues, and giving customers billing and tolling information upon request. Processing general client enquiries about account balances and fees, services, and transponder products that are received via email, correspondence, and fax could be a part of this activity.


  • Equivalent to a high school diploma or GED
  • Six months of telephone experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service setting


  • A fast internet connection (5MB download speed, minimum 10MB upload speed)
  • To connect directly from the router/modem to your server, you must utilize an Ethernet cable. Neither Wi-Fi nor a hot spot will be available to you.
  • Cell phone, landline, and headset
  • Without interruptions and noise from outside, a private workstation or home office


  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent talents in client service
  • Typist who can do 25 words per minute
  • Outstanding multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication abilities
