Position Description:

This job is accountable for providing outstanding customer service and sales support for stores, in-store customers, and online customers, and resolving all customer service concerns to their satisfaction. This involves answering inquiries about store policies, online order status, product characteristics and usage, and identifying customer needs to support online customer upselling. The CSR communicates with each customer via phone, email, website, mail, social media, and other channels. As a Customer Service Representative, this profession plays a crucial part in fostering customer loyalty, which ultimately results in customer retention.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, chats, emails, and texts in order to aid consumers and retail personnel.
  • Multitask effectively while managing continual incoming interactions.
  • Identify and evaluate consumer requirements in order to resolve customer concerns and guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize skilled techniques and instruments to give clients with accurate, legitimate, and comprehensive information.
  • Utilize critical thinking, originality, and problem-solving skills to generate viable resolution possibilities.
  • To secure client retention and loyalty, cultivate personal ties and develop trustworthy relationships.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have excellent communication (oral, written, and listening) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills.
  • Must display exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure setting.
  • Must be able to effectively manage and resolve disagreement.
  • Must be capable of working both alone and collaboratively.
  • Must display effective follow-up and follow-through skills.
