Requirements:
- must work in a peaceful, distraction-free atmosphere at home
- a dependable internet connection is required (minimum download speed of 25mpbs)
- should have at least 1–2 years of contact center experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required;
- must be a Texas resident
- powerful problem-solving and listening abilities
- Perfect attendance history
- superior communication skills in both writing and speaking
