Requirements:

  • must work in a peaceful, distraction-free atmosphere at home
  • a dependable internet connection is required (minimum download speed of 25mpbs)
  • should have at least 1–2 years of contact center experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required;
  • must be a Texas resident
  • powerful problem-solving and listening abilities

  • superior communication skills in both writing and speaking
