Position Description:
Leidos seeks Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with entry-level experience to respond to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. Must document consumer complaints efficiently into a secure database, provide educational materials/referrals, and provide A+ customer service.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls. Provide excellent customer service. Document consumer data into web application. Provide education concerning the resolution of identity theft, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws.
Minimum qualifications required:
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Excellent typing and computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which can take between 7 and 60 days to obtain; the selected candidate cannot begin until this process is complete.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and speech) (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and speech).
- Prior call center experience.
- Customer service encounters.
- A general understanding of federal law.
