RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming customer communications
- Conduct research to offer customers with the answers they need to remedy their difficulties.
REQUIREMENTS;
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Six months or more of experience in customer service
- equivalent to a high school diploma or higher
- Recognize, apply, and describe your product or service expertise.
- Computer literate
- Internet access exceeding 25 megabits per second in speed. Recommended is a hardwired connection to your home router.
