  • Answer incoming customer communications
  • Conduct research to offer customers with the answers they need to remedy their difficulties.


  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Six months or more of experience in customer service
  • equivalent to a high school diploma or higher
  • Recognize, apply, and describe your product or service expertise.
  • Computer literate
  • Internet access exceeding 25 megabits per second in speed. Recommended is a hardwired connection to your home router.
