- If you collaborate with us, you’ll be able to work from home while serving Omni’s clientele.
- In addition to processing tickets, you may offer customer support via chat, phone, or outbound calls.

Requirements:
Equipment and Technology Requirements:
- A calm and safe workspace during business hours
- A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM is required (Chromebooks and tablets are not allowed).
- A microphone-equipped wired USB headset for crystal-clear communication
- seamless connectivity requires high-speed wired internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) as the operating system
- Installed antivirus software that is current and valid
- An authenticating app and a smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad are needed for the program to function.
- The operating system must be Windows 10 or Windows 11 (certain clients will accept an AppleOS)
