Equipment and Technology Requirements:

A calm and safe workspace during business hours
A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM is required (Chromebooks and tablets are not allowed).
A microphone-equipped wired USB headset for crystal-clear communication
seamless connectivity requires high-speed wired internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) as the operating system
Installed antivirus software that is current and valid
An authenticating app and a smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad are needed for the program to function.
The operating system must be Windows 10 or Windows 11 (certain clients will accept an AppleOS)
