Position Description
Redesign Health, a healthcare innovation company, is hiring for the position of Vice President of Talent Assessment. As our Vice President of Talent Assessment, you will develop and implement a rigorous, data-driven, and engaging approach to hiring CEOs and founding team members for our diverse portfolio of operating companies. This position requires 10+ years of experience in people strategy and analytics, 6+ years of people analytics experience, 4+ years of experience working at technology-enabled organizations, and 4+ years of experience in senior level stakeholder management and collaboration.
Responsibilities
– Manage talent assessment strategies for Operating Company CEOs and founding team members, including profile development and iteration, developing competency-based interview processes, and training internal stakeholders.
– Oversee post-hire CEO performance monitoring during their onboarding period, including cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and issue escalation.
– Collaborate with the Vice President of Startup Talent & Enablement on creating, implementing and improving Redesign Health’s performance oversight system for CEOs at all stages in their journey.
– Develop structured feedback loops for the Talent Strategy and CEO Talent teams on long-term performance trends – including where interview processes and feedback have been predictive of success, as well as opportunities for further refinement.
Qualifications
– 10+ years of experience in people strategy and analytics is preferred.
– 6+ years of people analytics experience, including the ability to research, design, and implement talent assessment and performance management programs.
– 4+ years of working at technology-enabled organizations that scaled during your tenure and are known for rigor with talent assessment and performance management.
– 4+ years experience collaborating across cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
– Ability to create, operationalize, and analyze KPIs that engender continuous improvement.

Salary & Benefits:
The base salary for this role is $226,000.
